Every DBS student has been given an assignment for Management Information System subject. This kind of assignment is really tough for me. It is because I not good at comparing a thing. Especially computer, I don’t have any basic at buying a computer. Even though I have to compare a thing not just computer before buying it. Such as, when I want to buy a shoe. I have to compare the price and quality with other shoe shop that sell the same design. Same goes here, whereby I have to make the right decision before buying it. This assignment also has added my knowledge because it helps me know the latest model and version of computer hardware and software.
Besides that, the main reason why this assignment is hard is because we all now live far away from city. We have to travel miles away to get to the city. If we want to go to the city we have to spend about RM10. Coincidently, at that time PC Fair is being running. So, we manage to collect many pamphlet and flier regarding about the computer hardware and software. But the thing is all the pamphlet and flier stated about the laptop, notebook and desktop. Just a few of the pamphlet and flier concerning about the printer and scanner. So, we have to find the printer and scanner by our own.
The problem is where we can find it. We enter many shopping complex and computer shop but it also hard to find it. I think when I get back to Kuala Lumpur, it’s easier for me. But, it’s not. At the end, I decide to do this assignment guide by what I’ve got.
Luckily I finish this assignment.
